Bought the product not realising it says “left hand” so I emailed the ReelsDeal team at night to let them know that I made a mistake. Got an email back first thing in the morning to let me know that they actioned my concern & they personally dropped off the reel at my front door.

Can’t recommend these guys highly enough, produdct is amazing, 30lb and only .20mm diameter, casts extreemly well and plenty stong for surfcasting nz beaches. It was dispatched immediately and I was kept well imformed of its arrival via the SHOP app all the way.

Okay unfortunately this reel was out of stock and i was offered the penn vii 8500 which I'm really happy with staff worked really fast and hard and I ended up getting next day delivery so extremely happy A+++ cheers
